The ideal candidate is one who desires to be a Christian role model who demonstrates a love for the Lord, a love for children, and a love for teaching. We seek teachers who will positively impact every student and strive to build within each child a life-long love for learning within the context of teaching classically from a perspective of a Christian worldview. 

Gaining an understanding of our vision for this classical and Christian education model is an essential part of our hiring process. We ask interested educators to read the book Battle for the American Mind by Pete Hegseth and David Goodwin before completing your application.

Criteria for teacher employment include:

• Teachers will upgrade their knowledge and skills through continued training in classical Christian education.
• Teachers are willing to work toward certification by ACCS (Association of Classical Christian Schools).
• All employees must be willing to conduct their lives in conformity with the Statement of Faith and the Statement on Sanctity of Life, Marriage, Gender, and Sexuality.
• All employees will complete a background check.
